About the Role:

As a Caregiver at Ashley Manor youll be the friendly compassionate presence helping residents with daily routines and emotional well-being. This role blends purpose connection and growth in a supportive small-home environment.

What Youll Do:

Assist with personal care: grooming bathing dressing toileting
Serve meals and help with feeding as needed
Support residents medication routines and monitor their well-being
Maintain a clean safe cozy living space
Engage residents in meaningful uplifting activities
Keep accurate thoughtful records to ensure quality care

Requirements (Must-Haves):

Age 18(or 17 with a CNA certificate in Idaho); pass criminal background check
Certified in First Aid CPR
Able to lift 35 lbs and committed to continuous improvement
High school diploma or equivalent
Have or obtain (first 45 days) Certified in Medication Assistance

Preferred (Nice-To-Have):

CNA certification or cooking experience for groups
Prior caregiving in assisted living or community service experience
Passion for enriching the lives of older adults
