By working with top travel providers, we help clients design seamless and memorable journeys tailored to their preferences.Position Overview: We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Concierges. In this role, you will create customized travel plans, assist with bookings, and ensure clients enjoy a stress-free travel experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Design and coordinate tailored travel itineraries for clientsBook accommodations, transportation, activities, and special experiencesServe as a main point of contact for clients, handling requests and modificationsProvide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel goalsStay informed on travel promotions, destination trends, and requirementsQualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote environmentPrevious travel, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus (not required)Passion for travel and creating unique client experiencesWhat We Offer:Remote work flexibilityTraining and ongoing professional development resourcesA collaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunities to grow within the travel and hospitality industryAccess to travel perks and discounts (after training completion and eligibility)
