About the Role Home Genius Exteriors is a fast‑growing home improvement company seeking a Home Remodeling Expert. In this full‑time, W‑2 outside sales role, you will meet pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver impactful presentations, and close high‑ticket deals. Pay and Compensation Pay: $90,000–$300,000/year (UNCAPPED commission!) Average First-Year Earnings: $100,000–$150,000 Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑home presentations that WOW homeowners. Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales. Master our product portfolio and financing options. Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business. Participate in ongoing sales training. Qualifications Strong communication & organization skills. Reliable transportation, flexible schedule (6 days/week).
