Environmental Designer - Healthcare

Position Overview Jack Morton develops solutions for virtual and live events. We are seeking an Environmental Designer to join our team. The role involves creating innovative exhibit designs that meet client objectives and serve as a key sales and marketing tool. You will manage projects from concept to execution, working closely with the sales, production, and creative departments. This role supports a hybrid work arrangement across our global teams. Responsibilities Design environments across various brands and industries. Provide design and visualization support to design team leads. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Create photo‑realistic renderings. Present concepts to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Be responsible, organized, and accountable for your work and deadlines. Accept and incorporate direction and feedback. Understand materials and building techniques. Read and interpret construction drawings. Apply feedback to work and translate design intent. Collaborate within the Creative department and across the organization. Communicate with clarity, confidence, competence, professionalism, and authenticity. Stay current with design trends and apply relevant concepts to projects. Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Scenic Design, or a related field, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with 3ds Max, Vray, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus. Passion for collaborative, client‑centric work. Experience in event marketing or creative solutions‑based agency environments. Thrives in entrepreneurial and independent settings. Flexibility, open‑mindedness, and receptivity to new ideas. Strong presentation and written communication skills, including proposals, quotations, and project documentation. Ability to build rapport with existing and prospective clients. Multi‑tasking, strong organization, and meticulous follow‑up under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
