The Neighborhood at Vestavia Hills is seeking a Wellness Nurse/Nurse Med Tech (LPN) to join their team for the 7pm to 7am shift. The LPN reports to the Wellness Director and will lead medication care, and coordinate resident care and wellness services. The role requires an LPN or RN license, with at least one year of experience in elder or disabled care, and strong leadership and communication skills.
