Massage Therapist – Part-Time Employee (Established Office)
Olympic Bodywork Professionals is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our established, busy practice as a part-time employee .
Schedule is flexible
Compensation & Benefits
- 35% commission plus 20% tip average; After 90 days 45% commission plus tips (Our therapist average $80 hourly with tips while preforming specialty modalities)
- Opportunity to make more pr hour with a specialty service
- Commission increases to up to 45% after 90 days
- W-2 employment position
- We pay for your liability insurance
- Compensation toward continuing education
- Snacks provided
- Laundry service included, with the possibility of needing to switch over as part of being a team player we have a desk worker present to help you 90% of the time.
- Front desk handles checking out and rebooking clients
- Established office with an existing client base
- What We’re Looking For
- Current Massage Therapy license (Washington State)
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused
- Team-oriented with flexibility to help when needed
- Willingness to assist with occasional side work (laundry coverage, room turnover and rebooking)
- Experience preferred, but motivated newer therapists are welcome
