Now Hiring: Parts Counter Associate – Construction & Agricultural Equipment
Location: Clinton Tractor, Clinton New York
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday Rotation could be flexible)

We’re currently looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter, in person, online and over the phone.
• Identify, locate, and order parts for construction and agricultural equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform routine stock checks.
• Process parts sales, returns, and customer interactions.
• Keep parts department organized and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

✅ Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service, preferably related to parts departments and/or to construction or agricultural equipment.
• Strong knowledge of machinery parts and components
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency (experience with inventory software is a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet during shift
