\t\t POSITION SUMMARY ED/NICU MSW

\t\t POSITION DUTIES ED/NICU MSW SW positions, ED experience would be preferred.

\t\t MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MSW, BLS (AHA), 2 years experience

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.

**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.****Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract
