Elevate is partnering with a fast-paced, high-volume litigation firm seeking an experienced Attorney Resource Group Supervisor to support its legal teams and drive operational excellence. You’ll oversee a team of legal specialists while working closely with attorneys to ensure work is executed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Team Leadership & Workflow Management Lead and support a team of legal operations professionals, including assigning work and monitoring output Provide coaching, training, and regular feedback to strengthen team performance Oversee workload distribution across multiple offices and ensure deadlines are met Adjust priorities quickly in response to shifting business needs Filings & Court Support Manage and execute state and federal court filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules Handle electronic filings and maintain docket accuracy using systems such as PACER/CM-ECF Monitor deadlines and coordinate hearing logistics, including scheduling and court reservations Document & Operational Support Prepare, format, and review a wide range of legal documents and materials Support attorneys with high‑volume requests while maintaining accuracy and quality Help streamline processes and support adoption of tools that improve efficiency Ensure consistency across deliverables and maintain organized workflows What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in a law firm setting, ideally supporting litigation teams Prior experience leading or supervising a team Strong background in court filings (state and federal), including e‑filing and service of process Familiarity with federal and state procedural rules Hands‑on experience with PACER/CM-ECF and docket management Ability to handle a fast‑paced workload with competing deadlines Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Why This Role Stands Out Opportunity to step into a leadership role with real impact on team performance and legal operations Work in a high‑energy litigation environment where no two days look the same Join a collaborative, team‑oriented culture focused on delivering high‑quality work Equitability and inclusion are critical to Elevate Legal Talent success.
