Leadership Development Specialist

Responsibilities Create and deliver leadership development programs aligned with company goals Facilitate sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content relevance Manage logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements Provide one-on-one coaching to managers, directors, and emerging leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, business results, and team performance Support change management initiatives through applied learning Stay current on leadership trends and adult learning principles Partner with business leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and recommend development strategies aligned with organizational priorities Interpret leadership assessment data and provide actionable coaching and development plans Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or related field (required) Leadership Coaching Certification or equivalent (required) 5+ years leading people, teams, or business functions with accountability to employee development, performance management, talent decisions, and business outcomes. 3+ years of experience coaching leaders, facilitating leadership development programs, organizational development, talent development, or leadership consulting. Experience administering and interpreting leadership assessments (DiSC, EQ-i, Hogan or similar) Experience leading organizational change initiatives Strong communication and presentation skills Project management and problem-solving abilities High emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy Ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for senior leadership Strategic mindset with a passion for developing leaders Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments Why You’ll Love It Here We believe in growing our people.
