This is a full-time, on-site Junior Account Manager role based in San Antonio, TX. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and providing training and support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client goals and contribute to overall company success is a crucial part of the role.
