As a Food Truck Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of the food truck and caterings on and off premises. We’re going to elevate the experience, one festival, one wedding, one bar mitzvah, one event at a time inside/outside the gates of White Horse Village! What you\'ll be doing: Managing all functions of the food truck and its resources. Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees. Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations. Caterings on and off premises presented through the food truck. What we\'re looking for: Must-haves: At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations. Previously managed a food truck operation. Previous experience with caterings. Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction. Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
