Are you looking for some extra hours here and there? Want to see it all? Work on Med-Surg and the ICU, see a couple patients in the ED, and help a new mom recover from a c-section, all in one day? Then this position is for you! The shift is for inpatient rehab including Med/Surg and ICU as well as the Emergency Department and Obstetrics for post-partum care, to assist when the patient census is high, covering vacations/callouts, and occasional holiday and weekend coverage. We are one of the largest critical access hospitals in the region based on services provided and are a Level III Adult Trauma Center. We have a large physician group consisting of primary care providers and specialists including orthopedics, women's health, interventional pain, spine surgery, and neurology. We are looking for a therapist who can work independently and as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a therapist who can shift focus when needed, to a different area of the hospital, who puts the needs of their patients above all else, demonstrates accountability and integrity, and takes initiative in continuously striving to be the best provider they can be for their patients.
