Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy services based on student IEPs
• Administer assessments to determine students’ needs and guide intervention planning
• Develop and implement therapy goals and adaptations to support access to curriculum
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families for seamless student support
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student success
