Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric Home Health

A Nursing Role Built for Focused, One-on-One Care

At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients, alarms, and constant interruptions, you provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and use your clinical judgment with confidence.

In this role, you'll care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs while building consistent relationships with both the child and their family. Nurses who thrive here value autonomy, continuity of care, and the ability to deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment, backed by real clinical support whenever it's needed

If you're an RN looking for a role where you can practice nursing with focus, purpose, and support, this position was designed with you in mind.

Immediately filling for the following (all three are different cases):

1) You help make the schedule! Any three days of the week so long as consistent once agreed upon with family. Full time hours. Night and day shift available for this case. Night is first priority to fill. Night nurse would bepreference for trach/vent experience but willing to train. Family would also be open toregular full time day shift across the entire week but is not required.

2) Monday, Thursday, Friday dayshift are the most critical shifts, flexible start and end times so long as consistent once agreed upon with family. Family would also be open to regular full time day shift across the entire week but is not required.

3) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10:00am-4:00pm are the most critical shifts, Wednesday and Friday are optional additions depending on nurse desired hours.

Requirements

• Current, active Colorado RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)

$34.00 - $42.00 / hour
