Delivery Coordinator / Title Clerk

The Delivery Coordinator / Title Clerk position is responsible for the preparation of all documentation for an efficient vehicle delivery, resulting in an exceptional experience for our customers.

Pay range: $17 - $18 per hour

Job Description

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries with customers, ensuring required documents are verified prior to delivery
• Prepare and process all titles, registrations, and lien documentations for new and pre-owned vehicle sale
• Communicate with lenders, customers, and state agencies to facilitate title transfers, lien releases, and registration issues
• Maintain dealership compliance with DMV record-keeping and audit requirements
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all contracts and funding packets are accurately completed and submitted
• Maintain dealership compliance while handling all documentations and records in accordance with privacy regulations

Requirements

• Notary Public certification (preferred but not required)
• Computer knowledge
• Knowledge of DMV paperwork (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
