Dishwasher Pay Rate: $16.10–$18.31 per hour Location: Elderwood at North Creek, 112 Ski Bowl Rd, North Creek, NY 12853 Requisition ID: 2026-35978 Opening(s): 1 Position Type: Regular Full‑Time Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for Full Time, $2,500 for Part Time Overview Are you passionate about helping others and creating meaningful moments through great service? Elderwood at North Creek is seeking a Part Time Dining Service Associate (DSA) team member who will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents by handling food and beverage preparation, meal service, and kitchen/equipment sanitation. This individual also assists with providing a positive experience to the residents while following all applicable regulations. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals to residents according to department policy and assignment. Adhere to the resident's diet order, texture/consistency modifications, and menu preferences during the preparation and service of food items and beverages. Perform all responsibilities of the designated position assignment during the scheduled shift in accordance with all safety regulations and standards of practice. Serve meals to residents in dining areas according to seating chart and instructions on resident tray tickets. Assist in the care and maintenance of kitchen environment and equipment. Regularly contribute to, and actively participate in, facility and department staff meetings and in‑services. Interact and communicate with residents, family members regarding meal service quality. Utilize electronic timekeeping system as directed. Arrive to work on time, regularly, and work as scheduled. Recognize and follow the dress code of the facility, including wearing name tag at all times. Follow policy and procedure regarding all electronic devices, computers, tablets, etc. Support and abide by Elderwood's Mission, Vision, and Values. Abide by Elderwood's business code of conduct, compliance, and HIPAA policies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, management staff or Administrator. Qualifications Minimum of 16 years of age. Employment certificate/permit required for applicable individuals. Prior customer service experience. ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain. Physical stamina necessary for constant activity. HS diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant experience desired. This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors.
