Supervisor-Hospitality

Summary To ensure departmental efficiencies in a safe working environment and that orders to the customers are filled & delivered as accurately and efficiently as possible. Responsibilities Prepare work schedules for production employees in assigned department. Provide daily work assignments. Monitor and ensure productivity records are posted. Provide counsel, coaching and corrective action for employees as necessary. Monitor and record daily fill rates. Perform supervisory responsibilities and production work as required. Inform manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operations. Communicate with customers both verbally and in written form. Qualifications Must be able to successfully lead a team. Must have a good command of the English language. Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and execute possible solutions. Ability to make decisions regarding production, distribution, and scheduling. Exhibit initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. Computer Skills Proficient in the use of Windows‑based office software including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
