ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years as a State Farm team member and later managed another agent's office. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and developing a successful team.

Giving back to the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm actively involved with the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and serve in a leadership role at New Creation Church. Our agency proudly supports organizations including the Redstone Art Foundation, Two Rivers Community School, New Creation Preschool, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Legacy Dance Company, Carbondale Clay Center, and Grizzly Hockey.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hailie Mickley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
