AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the game going. If you're excited about working with cutting‑edge gaming equipment, solving puzzles, and delivering top‑notch customer service, this role is for you. What You’ll Do: Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment. Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products. Complete paperwork and reports timely, detailed, and accurately. Provide the best‑in‑the‑business service to internal and external customers. Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently, escalating issues when needed. Keep track of necessary parts and inventory. Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with fellow technicians. Follow all safety protocols, even while troubleshooting in high‑energy environments. What You Bring to the Table: High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance. Problem‑solving ability with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking. Experience in electronics/computer networking (gaming experience is a bonus). Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Flexibility to work a changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to become licensed through the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions.
