About the Role

Are you ready to launch a long-term career in operations and leadership? As a Branch Manager Trainee , you’ll receive hands-on training across every area of branch operations—from warehouse and counter sales to inventory management and business processes. This immersive, ground-up program is designed to prepare you for future leadership by giving you the tools, experience, and mentorship needed to run a branch with confidence.

What You’ll Learn & Do

In this role, you’ll wear many hats while gaining real-world, frontline experience. You’ll be actively involved in:

• ???? Building strong customer relationships to drive sales and service
• ???? Overseeing inventory control and optimizing stock levels
• ???? Learning accounting procedures and clerical tasks to support branch operations
• ⚠️ Ensuring safety and compliance across all branch activities
• ????Supporting warehouse functions: receiving, stocking, shipping
• ???? Handling counter sales and customer transactions with professionalism and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals with a hands-on mindset, a commitment to excellent service, and the ambition to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Willing to relocate for future branch management opportunities
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing warehouse duties
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders, and handling bulky or overhead items
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and push/pull 20+ lbs
