Professional Relations Liaison Business Development Western Suburbs of Chicago

Key Responsibilities: Relief Mental Health is seeking a driven business development and sales professional in the Western Suburbs of Chicago area with a strong track record in business development within the mental health and healthcare field. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels at building strategic relationships with healthcare providers, identifying patient referral growth opportunities, and driving measurable results across treatment modalities. The primary focus is to expand referral networks particularly among psychiatrists, mental health providers and private practices to generate admissions for our cutting edge mental health treatment service lines. This position is ideal for someone with proven referral sales success, that is a self starter, with a consultative approach to relationship-building, and a deep understanding of how to drive business growth in healthcare. This position will cover business development for the entire west and south suburbs of Chicago. Sales & Business Development Build and sustain strong partnerships with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations Proactively identify and pursue new referral sources through networking, cold calling, drop-ins, and industry connections Track and maintain updates on all activities in company CRM Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies to exceed territory goals. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events, positioning our programs as trusted solutions Consistently achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets Demonstrate expert product knowledge and communicate the clinical and patient benefits of TMS and Spravato programs effectively.
