Pay Range: $47.83 - $50.22 per hour

Schedule: 40 hrs, 8:00-4:30 (Note: Every 4th weekend rotation)

Contract Length: Discuss with Recruiter

Candidate Type: Local candidates only – travel stipend not available

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have ASN or BSN, BLS
• OASIS experience required
• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Be willing to obtain State licensure if not licensed already

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, the RN will provide comprehensive home health services, including patient assessments, wound care, and medication management.

• Perform detailed patient assessments and create individualized care plans (RN)
• Utilize key clinical skills such as IV therapy and wound dressing in home settings
• Coordinate patient care and document interactions following healthcare industry standards
