Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience required
• Experience with HCHB EMR required
• Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift days: Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirements: Weekends as needed

Location Highlights

Suffolk, Virginia offers access to outdoor recreation and coastal convenience. The Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge sits partly within Suffolk and provides miles of trails and paddling routes, while downtown Norfolk and the Elizabeth River waterfront are about 30 miles away. Virginia Beach oceanfront is roughly 40 miles from Suffolk, and the area also offers access to the Nansemond River for boating, fishing, and waterfront views.
