Pricing Coordinator

Evaluate supplier performance. The Pricing & Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Aerospace Logistics division by managing pricing, procurement, and end-to-end project handling for aerospace shipments. This role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex logistics solutions across global teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities Prepare competitive and accurate pricing for aerospace logistics requests (AOG, critical, routine). Analyze costs and ensure alignment with margin targets. Coordinate with global teams to secure best rates. Maintain pricing records and ensure consistency. Source and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors. Build and maintain vendor relationships. Evaluate supplier performance. Manage shipments from quotation through completion. Coordinate end-to-end logistics solutions (air, ocean, road, courier). Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders. Handle AOG situations with urgency. Ensure documentation, billing, and file closure accuracy. Track KPIs and improve operational processes. Requirements & Qualifications 2-5+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aerospace supply chain. Strong knowledge of pricing and procurement. Experience in aerospace or time-critical shipments preferred. High attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems. Strong communication skills.
