You'll be hands-on, visible, and impactful every single day.What You'll Be Doing:Lead with Empathy: Develop your team through training, coaching, and engagement. Champion inclusion and well-being.Drive Safety Excellence: Conduct LOTO inspections, BBSOs, and 5S audits.
