Lead and mentor nursing teams with confidence and compassion Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance Partner closely with the Administrator and Regional Clinical leadership Own clinical systems: assessments, care planning, documentation, and audits Support staff development, accountability, and retention Ensure resident-centered care is delivered with excellence and dignity Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for leaders , not just managers.
