Same Day Pay!

Weekend Baylor 7 AM- 11:30 PM, 3 PM - 7:30 AM

PRN: 7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM- 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM

$30 - $35 per hour (All inclusive)

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred
• Experience in Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
