At Guardian Tax, we're growing a high-performance sales team for experienced phone sales professionals who know how to close.
This is a high-volume inbound environment where the opportunity comes directly to youno cold calling, no prospecting, and no lead chasing. Just real conversations with individuals actively seeking tax relief solutions, and a clear path to strong earnings for top performers.
If you can take control of a call, qualify effectively, and consistently close, this role is built for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Paid training + 15% commission on closed deals
- Average monthly earnings: $7,000$13,000
- Top performers earning $15,000+ per month

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
- Qualify prospects and quickly identify needs
- Run structured, consultative sales conversations
- Overcome objections and close deals
- Maintain consistent performance in a high-volume environment
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of phone sales experience
- Proven ability to close and handle objections
- Comfortable working in a high-call-volume environment
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven mindset
Position Details
- In-office role: Chandler, AZ
- MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
