If you are interested in working for a company whose leadership is hands-on and invested in the development of its people, then we look forward to speaking with you.POSITION INFORMATIONPosition: Prep CookLocation: 401 Church St, Nashville, TNHours: Vary - Weekends neededPay Rate: $20- $22/hr JOB SUMMARYThe Prep Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List. They are responsible for performing minor machine maintenance, setting up ingredients in preparation for production, and assigning the overall production of food when needed. They must also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates BENEFITS PACKAGEExcellent Health Benefits Package for Employees averaging over 30 hours/week.
