We have warehouse facility with an intimate, friendly work environment. Our employees are tasked with working on team-building projects through the picking, packing and shipping process of online orders, as well as packing the hundreds of loose leaf teas in our catalog. Responsibilities
- Processing, picking, and packing daily ecommerce orders.
- Processing tea and managing inventory.
- Assist in periodic warehouse wide inventory counts.
- Assist in checking in and accounting for inbound shipments - Lift and carry up to 50 lb. boxes
- Ensure that workspaces are clean and tidy.
- Provide any feedback on issues with current processing or performance barriers to management.
- Additional assistance with projects may be required as needed.
- Our shifts are all during the regular work week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM
- Must have the ability to communicate and work as a team with staff and management. Communication would require raising issues to management, the ability to be friendly to colleagues, and the ability to take accountability when there are errors.
- Must have attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to weigh items accurately.
- Must have good calculation and basic math skills.
- Being able to work in Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets is a bonus.
