PackagerThe Packager's primary responsibility will be sorting, verifying, packaging, labeling and weighing items into units in accordance with pre-established pack sizes, and customer requirements. The each sort Associate is also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.Receive and sort inventory into different totes.Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printersUtilizes pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order or facility WMS acquisition device to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed from temperature controlled or non-controlled rooms.Lift up to 49 poundsStand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shiftsUse carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items aroundOther duties as assignedPAY: $19.00 + shift differentialBENEFITS401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceRequirements:High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and educationPossess strong oral and written communications skillsMust be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment.Ability to lift and move 49+ lbs.Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time.Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership
