We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our Perth team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their estimating, commercial, and analytical skills within a dynamic and supportive environment. About the Role As a Junior Estimator, you will support the preparation of cost estimates, tender pricing, benchmarking activities, and commercial analysis across a range of industrial services projects. Working alongside experienced Estimators and operational stakeholders, you'll gain exposure to estimating methodologies, project costing, risk assessment, and tender development processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of project estimates and tender pricing schedules. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Maintain estimate workbooks, pricing models, and supporting documentation. Support the development and maintenance of benchmarking tools, cost libraries, and lessons learned databases. Analyse historical project performance and estimating data to identify trends and insights. Assist with estimate reviews, cost validation, and risk assessments. Support reporting, dashboard development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with operational, commercial, and technical teams throughout the tendering process. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. A proactive mindset with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
