Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our Mentor, OH facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily operations to meet company goals and objectives. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow. Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs. Launch new products on time and on budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management or a similar role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
