As a Customer Service Representative, you'll add value to BAPI by providing professional and effective customer service to both internal and external customers. Utilizing excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with an in-depth knowledge of BAPI systems and programs, you'll help address customer needs, answer questions, and provide timely solutions.

Customer Service Representative Principle Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders received through email, webstore, customer portals, and phone inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing order, pricing, and shipping information.
• Manage customer accounts, quotations, returns (RMAs), and related documentation within BAPI's CRM and business systems.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities, including export documentation, freight inquiries, shipment tracking, and delivery support.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and customer portal information to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to meet customer needs and continuously improve the customer experience.

Customer Service Representative Skills and Knowledge Requirements 

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or office experience preferred
• Proficient with Data entry - accuracy and speed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn multiple computer systems and software programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
