Computer Programmer Employment Type: Full Time Location: Aurora, IL The Computer Programmer will be responsible for planning and developing web/cloud solutions across multiple platforms. The selected candidate should have a strong understanding of ASP .NET and Microsoft Technologies. Description of Duties Review functional specifications and detailed design documents, and create technical specification documents. Create test plans for each development release based on the test objectives. Design the development framework and approach code development. Develop application modules, APIs, and integrations using defined coding standards. Perform regression, integration testing with external systems, and installation testing. Participate in Build, Deployment, and Release Management. Participate in estimation processes and status reporting in Agile planning meetings. Communicate with management, team leaders, and developers on task prioritization, scheduling, and identified defects. Document testing and integration approaches; present testing status to management. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing web/cloud solutions across various platforms. Experience working in Microsoft/.Net environments. Experience with C# and the .Net Framework. Experience integrating Web/Cloud solutions with external systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS, etc.). Good understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.). Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to deliver quality documentation. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Agile development methodology. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent/higher degree. Computer System Analyst Employment Type: Full Time Location: Aurora, IL The Computer System Analyst will analyze and design system requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications. Description of Duties Conduct system analysis and gather functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Assist in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing. This role requires expertise in all testing aspects, including analysis, planning, performance, automation, and user acceptance. Description of Duties Review functional specifications and design documents to create technical specifications. Develop test plans for each release based on test objectives. Design the testing framework and approach for code development. Execute regression, integration, and installation tests. Participate in Build, Deployment, and Release Management. Contribute to estimation processes and status reporting in Agile meetings. Collaborate with management, leaders, and developers on task prioritization and scheduling.
