Crown Toyota in Ontario is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals with businesses, agencies, and organizations that need vehicles to run.
This is a commission-based role. Top performers earn $150,000+. That number is real.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage fleet accounts across commercial, government, and small business segments
- Guide clients through the full buying cycle with clarity and professionalism
- Leverage Toyota Fleet programs and financing to structure deals that actually work for the client
- Keep your pipeline organized, your follow-up consistent, and your relationships strong
- Partner with inventory, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless experience every time
What You Bring
- Toyota brand experience required
- Proven automotive sales track record required
- A book of relationships or the skills to build one fast
- Disciplined follow-up habits and strong CRM usage
- Professional presence and a genuine interest in serving clients well
The Deal
- Commission-based pay plan
- Earning potential: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually for performers who work the pipeline
