CAD Designer
$30 - $40 per hourSelectek
AnCAD Designerresponsible for providing design documentation for commercial and hospitality projects. Coordination with designers and engineers from other disciplines including architecture, MEP and interior design. Required: 3+ years in design production. Familiarity with electrical systems, Audio/Visual systems, structured cabling, networks, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection. Working knowledge of AutoCAD Proficiency using Revit/BIM360 Experience in Bluebeam is a plus. Attention to detail, professional demeanor, thorough and logical approach. Job Responsibilities: Provide designs for audiovisual, security and telecommunications systems. Effectively create accurate drawings from engineer markups. Develop shop drawings and as-builts drawings from field markups. Provide Programming efforts, Creation of SDs, DDs, CDs and Punch List assistance to Project Managers. Become proficient in your understanding of our company, products, services, and processes for other business silos such as Access Control & Surveillance, Sound Masking, Structured Cabling, VoIP Wired and Wireless Networking Solutions. Meet with clients to introduce additional services and discover how we can support their technology initiatives. Staff Construction Site Meetings and document construction progress. Understand Master Specification Format with writing and editing specifications. Pay Range:$30/hr. - $40/hr.
