Minnesota Cannabis Services seeks a Senior Counsel, Legal Operations & Compliance to lead regulatory and compliance support for cannabis licensees and entrepreneurs. In this role, you will interpret Minnesota cannabis laws, draft and review contracts and policies, guide clients through licensing and ongoing compliance, and design practical controls to manage regulatory risk. You will collaborate with consultants and clients, deliver clear legal guidance, support audits and inquiries, and help shape responsible, compliant growth in Minnesota’s emerging cannabis market.
