The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed nursing home focusing on short term rehabilitation and memory care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Will include working every other weekend.Hours:Noc: 10:30 pm to 6:00 AMPRNPM: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pmJob Responsibilities:Medication administrationEvaluation of long-term care and rehab residentsApplying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residentsObserving residents and appropriately documentingAbility to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperationFollow safety guidelinesSkills:MUST have an LPN licenseExcellent knowledge of nursing care methods and proceduresExcellent knowledge of emergency careIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesBS or other diploma from a nursing program1625 E Main Street, Clintonville, WI 54929Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
