[Responsibilities]

- Deliver on-site technical support for Dell servers and data center hardware, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution
- Perform hardware maintenance, including server builds, component swaps, replacements, and firmware updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, firmware, and operating systems, escalating complex cases as needed
- Execute reactive and preventive maintenance tasks following established protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers during service events, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Accurately document all work performed and contribute to shared knowledge resources
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide extended coverage as required

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 3-5+ years supporting servers or data center hardware in field, enterprise, or customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience with server components such as CPUs, memory, power supplies, and GPUs
- Familiarity with Linux or similar operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on-site while delivering clear, professional communication
- Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to customer sites; flexible with schedules
