Urology Locum Tenens Opportunity Los Alamos, NM

Location: Los Alamos, NM

Start Date: 12/31/2025

End Date: 02/15/2026

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours

Employment Type: Locum Tenens

Licensure: Active New Mexico license required

Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient urology clinic services, including consultations and follow-ups
• Perform urological surgeries as required, adhering to scheduled hours
• Collaborate with in-house medical staff to ensure patient care continuity
• Follow protocol for clinic documentation and surgical procedures
• Maintain compliance with licensure and facility policies
• Participate in patient education and communication
• Cover assigned work weeks, with availability starting in November or December

What You Need Required:

• Active U.S. medical license with eligibility to practice in New Mexico
• Proven experience in urology clinic and surgical procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to commit to at least one week per month, preferably two weeks

Preferred:

• Previous locum or temporary provider experience
• Familiarity with clinic and OR workflows in a hospital setting
