• Stroke, Trauma, Parkinsons, TBI and Spinal Cord patients
• 1on1 Patient Care - 4-5 patients / day
• 90% Return to Home Rate!
• Monday-Friday working 8-5

The Right Fit:

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for treating complex Ortho & Neuro patients in an Inpatient setting and they will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and where they will go once they leave the hospital. We are looking for patient advocates and someone that is confident in their ability to meet the needs of each individual.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in Caseload
• Servant leader mindset
