We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our night crew and contribute to our pavement marking operations. As an Experienced Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pavement marking equipment, applying paint and thermoplastic materials, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of pavement markings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Operate pavement marking equipment such as stripers, pre-markers, and grinders Apply paint and thermoplastic materials to pavement surfaces Ensure the accuracy and quality of pavement markings Perform routine maintenance on equipment Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times Work collaboratively with the night crew to meet project deadlines Qualifications Previous experience in pavement marking or similar field Ability to operate and maintain pavement marking equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines Valid driver's license with a clean driving record This is a full-time hourly position with night shift hours.
