• Top Producers: $150,000+ is achievable

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Actively prospect and close new business (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial)

Quote, bind, and issue policies efficiently

• Cross-sell and upsell to maximize revenue per household
• Hit and exceed monthly production goals
• Follow proven sales systems and coaching

Requirements

Licensing

Property Casualty and/or Life Health license preferred

Willingness to obtain required licenses, office will support if need be in obtaining license
