Job Summary:
Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves providing end-of-life care within a hospice setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position offers an 8-hour daytime shift, with some weekend call rotations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate independence, have computer and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) skills, and possess at least one year of experience in hospice or home health care.

Job Details:

• Location: Peoria, Illinois
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend call rotations (approximately every 4-5 weekends), and 1-2 nights of call per week
• Required Qualifications: Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, minimum of 1 year of hospice or home health experience, valid driver's license and insurance, strong computer/EMR skills, ability to work independently and remotely
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with end-of-life care
• Additional Information: No vents are required for patient care. No holiday work required. Candidates must submit the last four digits of their Social Security Number and their middle initial. Candidates should understand the necessity of a negative drug screen for all panels as part of employment requirements.
