Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician

We’re looking for experienced Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA. We also have openings across the river at several clinics located throughout Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence‑based care to patients 18 years and older. This role will manage their own primary care panel and in‑basket. The Internal Medicine Department consists of 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both WA and OR. Additional Details Minimum of two years’ primary care experience required Geriatrics training preferred, but not required Excellent collaboration between primary care and specialty care Flexible schedules – four or five‑day work week 100% outpatient; shared call among entire department Paid malpractice and tail coverage Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.
