Salary: $23+/hour depending on experience.Shift Options:1st Shift:Monday – Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMFriday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PMLocation: Fridley, MNThis role supports precision manufacturing operations by operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality machined components in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will monitor machine operations, inspect finished products, and maintain production and quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machining equipment according to production requirementsLoad and unload materials and parts into machinesMonitor machine operations and identify production issuesPerform quality inspections using measuring toolsRead blueprints, work instructions, and production documentsMake minor machine adjustments as neededMaintain production, safety, and housekeeping standardsCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious CNC or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use measuring toolsMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and strong work ethic
