Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Nights – Skilled Nursing – Woodruff Manor Location: Woodruff, South Carolina, United States Woodruff Manor – Skilled Nursing Unit – Nights (weekends as needed) Job ID: P-107062 Shift: 7 pm – 7 am Description Accepting both new graduate and experienced LPNs. Eligible for up to $8,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $5,000 commitment bonus. Relocation incentive available. Unit Description Woodruff Manor is an 88‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering short‑term and long‑term rehabilitation therapy. Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivers direct age‑specific care to selected residents and performs delegated activities using the Resident Assessment Instrument and the nursing process. Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and graduation from a nursing program. Experience: Strong computer skills, accurate typing, organization of electronic and paper documents, and professional communication. License/Registration/Certification: License from an approved nursing program. Preferred Requirements License: Current license to practice as an LPN in South Carolina. Core Job Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized nursing station desk and control noise levels. Secure confidential PHI information. Data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel. Operate and maintain computer, printer, fax, and telephone systems. Adhere to CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory standards. Identify and report safety and risk management issues promptly. Comply with HIPAA and resident confidentiality policies. Complete orientation and annual required training, competencies, and health evaluation. Participate in unit staff meetings, apply facility policies and procedures, medical terminology, and departmental services.
