Associate Director, Commercial Ordering and Operations Solutions

Associate Director role overseeing commercial ordering and operations technology solutions at RayzeBio, a Bristol Myers Squibb subsidiary focused on radiopharmaceutical oncology therapies. Responsible for building and maintaining digital platforms supporting product ordering and delivery, with cross-functional partnership and vendor management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and maintain custom digital solutions including customer ordering portal and commercial operations platform
• Partner with radiopharmacies and suppliers to ensure timely, reliable data transfer for product orders and availability
• Develop testing plans, training materials, and system validation scope working with IT teams and enterprise partners
• Manage vendor performance including SLAs, issue escalation, and business reviews with radiopharmacy and supplier partners
• Translate business requirements into prioritized technology roadmap aligned with broader organizational strategy and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• 8+ years progressive experience in commercial operations technology or IT business partnering in biotech, pharma, or regulated industry
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial-facing applications such as order management or supply planning systems
• Experience building integrated data layers or pipelines combining multi-source information
• Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to build and execute technology roadmaps
• Experience managing external vendors with performance oversight and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance considerations including GxP and computer systems validation

Compensation: $166,139-$201,322 (Indianapolis, Princeton); $182,753-$221,454 (San Diego)
